Cecilia Sala said Thursday after her
three-week ordeal in Tehran's notorious Evin Prison and return
to Italy Wednesday that she was confused and very happy,
stressing on her podcast that she was fine despite the hardship
she had gone through.
"I'm confused and very happy, I have to get used to it again, I
have to rest, I didn't sleep last night for excitement and joy,"
she said in reply to editor Mario Calabresi's questions on her
time in solitary confinement in the Iranian dissidents' jail.
"The previous night (I didn't sleep) for anxiety, I'm fine, I'm
very happy".
The Choramedia podcast was entitled: 'My days in Evin, between
interrogations and isolation'.
