The first exhibition in Mongolia dedicated to Marco Polo was inaugurated on the occasion of the 700th anniversary of his death. The Italian Embassy in Ulaanbaatar, together with the Chinggis Khaan Museum and Ca' Foscari University of Venice, with the patronage of the Mongolian Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth, and the support of the Italian Cultural Institute in Beijing, MAECI and MIC, brought visitors to the exhibition the possibility of an immersive augmented reality experience, using wearable devices, which will allow them to retrace Marco Polo's journey.
