The Italian Embassy in Myanmar highlights everyone's effort to help the country devastated by the earthquake. It recalls the mobilisation of the Farnesina, which has allocated a contribution of €3.3 million, €2 million of which as an emergency contribution to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, arranged through the Italian Cooperation for the provision of immediate aid and assistance to the communities hardest hit by the earthquake. The embassy also notes "the great commitment of Italian NGOs and individual compatriots immediately at work to deliver aid to the devastated areas".
