The Embassy of Italy in Lebanon announces a series of initiatives that confirm Italy's commitment to supporting Lebanon in its post-conflict recovery journey by sharing expertise in the areas of sustainable reconstruction, urban regeneration and inclusive development.
Opening the programme will be a Round Table on Urban Regeneration, scheduled on 14 April at the Italian Embassy.
Italy will also be present at the Project Lebanon 2025 fair (6-9 May) with a national pavilion organised by Ita/Ice, which will host Italian companies active in the infrastructure and sustainable construction sectors, promoting new collaborations with the Lebanese entrepreneurial fabric.
The initiatives testify to Italy's constant solidarity with Lebanon and its proactive role in providing skills and tools for a greener, more inclusive and resilient future. Italy confirms its support for Lebanon in rethinking its cities and communities.
The planned activities are part of a coordinated action by Sistema Italia in Lebanon - which includes the Embassy, the Italian Cultural Institute, AICS (Italian Agency for Development Cooperation) and Ita/Ice (Italian Agency for Foreign Trade) - in synergy with Lebanese institutions, the academic world, civil society and the private sector.
