Juventus have been ejected from next
season's Conference League for financial irregularities after
qualifying for Europe's third-tier competition despite a
10-point penalty, UEFA said Friday night.
The Turin giants will have to pay a 10 million fine, with a
further 10 million on the line, if the club's budgets for the
years 2023, 2024 and 2025 do not comply with UEFA's accounting
requirements, European football's ruling body said.
Juve are likely to be replaced by Fiorentina, who finished just
below them in Serie A last season.
The Bianconeri said they would not appeal the decision despite
saying that their conduct had always been "correct".
