The first flight transporting
migrants to Albania is expected to be scheduled this week. Since
the decree approved by the Council of Ministers on March 28, the
types of people eligible for transfer have changed, including
foreigners found in an irregular position in Italy and
recipients of a judge-validated expulsion order, rather than
asylum seekers intercepted at sea.
